S & A General Construction & Development, Inc, currently located at 37 Meridian Road, Edison, NJ 08820.  Started in March 25, 1994 as a Partnership, it became a Corporation in March 2003 till present. Since 1994, we have worked in both the Private and Public sectors on various projects.  As a Prime Contractor for NYC Housing Preservation & Development, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Dept of Environmental Protection, NYC Dept of Homeless, and NYC Housing Authority etc. S&A has worked on numerous Private Commercial projects as well, such as, Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, and Restaurants.
